Cancellation Policy

To secure your tax preparation appointment, a $150 deposit is required before the consultation. Deposit Amount: $150 Due Date: Must be paid in full prior to the scheduled consultation. Non-Refundable: This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Purpose: The deposit will be applied toward your total tax preparation fee. Missed Appointments / Cancellations: If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded or credited to future services.
